when Ariza asked for his paycheck, Khan's father and Khan's manager told him that they are paying only for Roach's fee, that Ariza is Roach's employee and so Ariza should get his fee from Roach. This pissed off Ariza and told them he has a separate contract with Amir Khan as his conditioning coach. The team barged inside Ariza's room, stole all his contracts and things fell apart

This maks perfect sense. Khan mentions in the interview specifically that he's not contracted with Ariza, only Roach. This could also be one of the things that "affected their relationship" as money often does. Add in Ariza's story on his contracts being stolen and the pieces are coming together.

    Bull****.

The reason why he was so vague in his reasons, is because he hasn't got a legit one. Basically he was saying:

"I fired him because my daddy wanted me to, and I'm a chicken **** for not speaking up."

obviously covering up for his crooked family.

this only hurts khan and allows him to be messes about with trouble getting opponents and wont be in quite as amazing condition for fights now.

Calm down on the PED's talk people.

Are some of you saying that Khan went along with illegal supplements for his first few fights under Ariza's coaching, but has suddenly decided he does not want to use them, or are you saying that Ariza has only just started to offer illegal supplements to Khan now?

Either way that argument makes next to no sense, and its quite telling that when someone mentions Ariza in a negative way the first thing you think is PED's.

I questioned if Ariza was using some kind of ped, didnt tell khan then khan somehow found out and cancelled the contract.

Im not sure if a conditioning coach would offer this information?

Others may know the answer to this?

I hope this is not the case by the way.

I have no bias against Ariza or pac. Im a pac fan.

Dude if you knew the real story then everyone would agree Ariza is in the wrong but can't you see its Khan that is not publicising what Ariza has done coz he doesn't want to tarnish his rep as he is still working with his fellow pacquiao

I think it is a family issue in this case, Khan's family are very protective of him and have put a lot of work in to get him where he is today. Yes, I imagine this is possibly a financial dispute but it may also be that there is a clash with Ariza on what is wrong and what is right for Amir, Ariza being a professional would want things done his way without any interference.

I think Khan could be the loser in all this ..

Honestly, I'm sick of Khan and his whole team. Remember the incident during the Malignaggi weigh-in?
