    Are you serious?

This guy had an opportunity on HBO years back, was responsible for one the worst fights the network has had in YEARS, and was heard on camera saying "I don't care, I got paid."

We all know about the Ward fiasco. You would have to be really gullible to believe he backed out because he was injured. It was basically a business decision.

Dirrell is an alright fighter & can be entertaining only if placed with the right opponent, but at the same time, if he's frozen out, I could care less. It's beneficial to us, because this "Cintron-like" funny stuff has got to go.

Because he is a disgrace to the sport and he should be punished for his actions. This will deter boxers from carrying on the way he has. It would be hugely beneficial to the sport it the TV networks boycotted people like him.

Yes he does. It's a question asked by a friend or whoever the other guy is.

Be more specific. Come up with a clear timeframe where 1) Bute was looking for an opponent, and 2) Pascal was available & willing. Curious to see what months of what year.

She'll be tripping all over the ring again, faking brain disorders, crying like she just got her period.

Can you post the exact excahnge of words then as I can only find this bit from Dirrell:

"I'm guessing around 4 months or so! I feel like I'm ready now though, thanks for asking "

After Pascal beat Dawson there was a lot of talk about this canadian blockbuster. Bute refused citing weight as the stumbling block. The week after Interbox announces that they are negotiating with Danny Green who happens to be a cruiserweight. :rofl

This fight would be a beautiful. They are both very skillful, but Bute's competition lately has been weak and Dirrell would be a huge step up.

I think Dirrell takes it by decision.

...and Dirrell answers with what "I have to right, I'll have my time" + what you quoted. "Where u c that at" is what he answers to the other guy.

"Bute refused citing weight..?" - source?

Bute always made it clear he wouldn't go up to 175, well before Pascal-Dawson.

Good to see his brain damage cleared up quickly, wouldn`tr want him to get in the ring with brain damage.

Look man, we can agree to disagree, but to say he's an "alright" fighter... dude come on now. There's no doubt dude is a good fighter, I don't pretend to know all things happening behind the scenes, hurt/not hurt I don't know, what I do know is that if he's healthy he's to be taken seriously, there is no one in this division he "can't" beat. He is legit and I like watching him fight.

I don't want to nit-pick but I cant see him saying he wants Bute at all. Maybe I just cant find it?

Source? It was on the scene. Anyway you dont need the source since you yourself follow up with the fact that Bute wouldn't go up to 175. That's odd unless of course he wanted Danny Green to come down to 168.

With Dr Shoreheigh's revolutionary methods, a spot of brain damage is a mere inconvenience for a professional boxer, like a slight hamstring strain or a mild hangover.

Both Dirrell and Kessler must have amazing doctors and recuperative abilities. Very convenient they've healed so quickly and can get back in the ring and make big $$ without the high risk of Super 6 fights.

And Pascal went to the WBC to fight Froch instead to go to the IBF and fight Bute. Pascal never called out Bute while they were in the same division. His promoter was saying that there was plenty of time for that fight to happen and that they wanted to build Pascal up before going after Bute.

Plus Pascal didn't even crack the top10 when he was a SMW. People here were laughing at him after his fight against Omar Pittman because he looked bad in that fight. Nobody, even in Montreal, wanted to see a Bute-Pascal fight at the time, because everybody thought Bute would kill Pascal.

Kessler's timetable was always nine months with no sparring. He's due to check with specialists soon and according to himself, his eyes aren't better, but he has learned to live with it.

Dirrells the most talented boxer at 168 today. If this fight gets made i could see dirrell winning a UD, this fight should not be in Montreal tho, Bute needs to learn to fight outside of his backyard. Have it at a neutral location like NY or Vegas..
