^ yeah..quite a few on esb mentioned a khan/steward team.
Is that something potentially good?

 

For me no.....Roach is a tactician and helps cover up Khan's flaws. Manny likes his fighters to be fundamentally sound but they do stand in range to get hit. For me he needs a coach who understands Khan's limitations...Roach does.

 

I 100% understand and agree with what you're both saying, but what I'm saying is, there's no point crying over it.

It's not like they're not going to have another Conditioning Coach. Roach has got one in mind.

What's the point crying over an issue we can't even expand on?

 

Switching to another trainer after being told to **** off by Roach won't help him.

I see his career downhill from here - Naseem style.

Oh well, at least Asif Vali will have a job as a taxi driver to go back to.

Without GBP, Roach and Ariza there is no "Team Khan." Everyone else are merely freeloaders.

I'm definatley not crying over it....rather bemused and fact is like any other profession...Ariza is one of the best in his job Boxing wise and it doesn't necessarily mean Khan will get a better or same level of work with another guy. It's a job of philosophy's and takes a lot of thinking and hard work and if the guy may not do best by Khan.

 

that's a good point. MANNY is also getting to the point in his age where he would rather deal with a mature type mind.
Khan may find it difficult to engage with Manny's method of tecahing and dealing in the Kronk.

to be honest i cant wait when all the **** finally unravels with ariza and khan..

 

Laz, I'm just pissed off at the situation because the kid has talent, but his management team are killing his career.

Kind of like watching a slow motion train crash about to happen. I think a lot of people both within the boxing industry and hardcore fans will lose respect for him over this.

But of course, he'll always have his fanboys. :happy

Agreed it's going to be very interesting. Khan and his team never do it the easy way..

 

Why are Khan's family involved so much? We never heard of anything like this when he was under FW. Are GBP letting them call all the shots or something?

It doesn't make sense at all, he seemed so tight with Ariza before the fight and even after it...

good point about steward but khans dad and the cab drivers wont realise that
