What does that stupid sentence even mean?

If you actually knew anything about the OSDT protocol you would know that random blood and urine does not mean both it means "or". This further shows that Pac is a liar and his fans are complete morons.

The standard says SAMPLES can be taken up to the fight. It makes no specification of what those samples will be. That complicates your stupid argument though so you ignore it. Just like the fact that Mayweather will take all of the same tests. *******s...

i though floyd would whup PAC's ass even with PEDs like he said....... why is he still demanding OSDT.....JMM didnt ask OSDT to PAC and like other opponents that PAC fought....he's the only one demanding because he thinks he can manipulate PAC, sad to say PAC didnt bend to his will....if its the commission wanting the test i think PAC will oblige....other boxers didnt jump on the OSDT bandwagon of Floyd because they dont believe that he really want to clean the sport.....

I'm sure it's been mentioned already but when you make as much money as Floyd, the so called villain of boxing, you have a lot to lose. A big portion of Floyd's market rests on his undefeated record. Guys like Berto or Bradley can take huge risks easily because one loss isn't going to profoundly affect their market.

Becoming the first fighter to beat Floyd will raise your stock exponentially. I would say it's even more special than beating Pacquiao. On top of that you'll be making a lot of money. Therefore it's going to cost you extra effort to get an opportunity to defeat Floyd. Think of it as raising the price of a product due to supply and demand.

It's fine if certain boxers don't include OSDT in their negotiation package. My question is - why is it such a big deal if someone wants to incorporate it? I figure if you're gonna make millions of dollars then giving up a small amount of blood shouldn't be a problem at all.

Ask USADA . No one knows the answer to this question. I guess it it what USADA decided. Its not like Floyd and Shane knew testing would end 18 days before the fight.

even USADA knew that they could ****-up a PPV event if they blood test close to a fight so they could have decided against it. this is not olympics that they had to contend with each country protesting if the results are ****ed-up. this is just GBP paying them off to look like they are actually cleaning the sports. it's actually a useless practice unless the commission themselves are implementing it and they are not under the pay-off of GBP itself.

Err... Tygart of USADA has already explained their side on this but was quick to counter on cut-off issue.

Even Tygart hinted "Boxer must perform at their peak." and the dangers in drawing blood too close to the fight. Otherwise why stopped within 18 days if they really want to prove something.

You're free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Based on your reasoning, Pac should have a comfortable window, of non-blood testing.

I think the test procedure should be named correctly.

Should be Random Drug Test and not OSDT. Otherwise Tygart group must still be randomly testing Floyd and Mosley even without a fight.
