Tony Dodson was the highlight of the Prizefighter which I thought was very entertaining if obviously marred by the usual Prizefighter stupidity and judges/refs having to give decisions to the prospect/ticket seller.

I hope Dodson is not out too long because he looks a class above alot of folk on the domestic scene right now and would be an handy match up for any of the belt holders at light heavy or super middle.

I Like Dodson very good fighter but Bellew to big for him if Dodson lets his fast shots go then maybe Bellew could be in trouble :hi:

Dodson was a quality domestic fighter. I remember when he beat Barbosa on late notice. Handed him his ass and no one expected it. He's only young but it seems like he's been around for years.

    He still posts on here.

I think he is still a quality domestic fighter and still looks capable of offering a good fight to any domestic belt holder apart from DeGale and to be honest I would watch that fight as well. Dodson could still win a belt at light heavy and super middle.

Although Deglale would be the obvious favourite Dodson is a savvy vet. He punches hard enough to get Degales respect and would have to stay in his grill all night and take him into the trenches.

i think degale would dominate dodson. dodsons only chance would be to make a fight out of it. he could do so but i can't see him achieving much more than paul smith did.

degale vs groves is the only interesting fight on domestic level. groves and his people clearly don't want it and have done what they did with the klits. screams someones name to get themselves recognised.

dodson should look to fight smith, quigley, anderson etc

What move would you finish him with Bellew? Body slam? Supplex? Tombstone piledriver? Or just another rugby tackle/spear type move?

    :good

Tony, this Prizefighter appears to have given your career a boost mate.

You've got loads of coverage, appeared on Ringside, come thru unbeaten and got your name out there again.

Let's hope there's some big fights on the back of it.

    All the best :good

    You did do well mate.

Just thought you got a bit carried away.

I was screaming at you to step back and give yourself room, Smyth showed what can happen when you get a rush of blood.

Anyways something to learn from. I'm a harsh critic and in general thought you did well. It was a real shame they wouldn't ley you out for the final (not least for the $$$'s for you) as I think it would have been a decent fight.

You two (Travis) deffo need to have that fight as soon as possible. I think that should happen before either of you look at Bellew who has obviously got a big fight coming up (bought my ticket today if you are reading Tony!!!).

    Hope the cuts heal well.

Thanks for replying to my post.
