A question regarding Solis

    Just the fact that we are discussing if he is just fat or clinically obese speaks volumes.

    Solis says he is training hard, taking this fight serious...but I don't know if I believe him or not...we really won't know until the weigh-in I suppose.

    I was convinced Briggs was in great shape with all the videos he posted about being 248...but then he came in at 262 (of course Briggs is several inches taller and that was ripped muscle, unlike Solis. Briggs at 262 is probably in better shape than Solis at 262).

    I think Solis in shape is the #3 heavyweight on the planet behind Wlad and Vitali.


    Solis IN shape wouldn't have a great chance of beating Vitali, but it would be there, as Vitali is getting older.

    For a severly overweight man, a training routine that an in shape - fighter would laugh about probably feels hard. Briggs probably did a lot of intense bench pressing and confused the testosterone rush with the feeling of really preparing well.
