    chavez,dempsey and frazier of course

    tyson circa 86-89

duran in some fights e.g leonard 1

barrera in the naz fight and the morales wars

    pacquiao in his early days

not too many come to mind immediately to be honest, many swarmers outside the very best aren't far off from sluggers

There are a couple of really nice prospects in the works. The two Mexican brothers, I forget their names. The light skinned one is a beast. Just fought on Top Rank live and looked skilled with precise pressure.

I wasn't sure if people referred to tyson was a pressure fighter or a swarmer.

    Thanks for the list :good

What is your definition of "swarmer"? Most of the choices in this thread wouldn't really qualify to me. Anyways, Sung-Kil Moon is obviously the standard.

As far as up and comers go, I was really impressed with the effective pressure Pirog used to break down Jacobs. He applies constant movement, but yet doesn't open himself up to a lot of counters, and is excellent at using distance.

140 and below. He turned into a Boxer Puncher as his power didn't carry and he relied more on being a technician.

The reason I asked is because he is constantly putting on pressure, so I guess depends on someone's definition
