Who EVER thought Bradley was "slick"?

You guys are OBSESSED with disparaging anything complimenting being Black. Sad.

Slick isn't even confined to being Black. Martinez, Pirog, Donaire, etc... are all slick as motor oil, but you want to start threads about this BS? Classy.

bradley is slick, he can roll any punches, he is defensively very good, just because he doesn't counterpunch and shoulder roll does not make him not slick.

I don't see how. There is nothing "slick" about chasing a guy down, head first, and winging shots from your waist pummeling him. Hopkins isn't slick either. Ward isn't either. I don't know what the heck these people are thinking.

Slick means you stand right in front of a guy, feet planted, and he hits nothing but air, arm, elbows, and gloves WITHOUT grabbing as your first line of defense. Or you pop in, launch off a barrage and you are gone from an alternate angle before the guy answers.

Just 'cause you are Black does NOT mean you are slick! :nono

Because when you use a subjective term like 'slick' you will have different meanings and varying standards.

BTW - by the second part of your definition - Pac is slick.

No. "Fast", "strong" or "durable" are subjective too.

Stop. Pac isn't "slick". He has no air of ease about him when he does what he does. It doesn't take anything away from him, but he is not slick. Arum and Roach are "slick" in that they never put him in with ANYONE that has hand speed. NOBODY!
