Why don't Khan just fight Bradley next in april?

Probably something to do with Sky and HBO. The fight in April has always been set for a lesser opponent, probably because HBO and Sky can't arrange a big fight for that date, so it has to be an easy bout.

And the way Khan fought vs Kotelnik, it sure wasn't a tough fight. And i still think Maidana beat Kotelnik.

it seems like a khan bradley might be a bigger draw in UK then the US. Bradley dont have a big fallowing like Khan does..

A tune-up is not a waste. Khan needs to improve in a lot of areas if he wants to beat Bradley. Let me simplify it for you:

2 training camps with Roach and a 1 extra fight to familiarize oneself with a particular style = A better chance to beat the number one guy at 140.

1 training camp with Roach and heading straight into a fight with a style one is not experienced with = A better chance of losing to the number one guy at 140.

Bradley v Khan will be in America...I would say that is almost guaranteed.

Neither are in their prime in my opinion.

Hmm i don't know about that. Too me that's like an excuse for Khan vs Bradley can't happen next if Bradley wants it next in which he said he does.

Khan said Maidana didn't hurt him.
Bradley will be a breeze, he should take it.

Too me a tune up fight is a waste. If there's any fighter that deserves a tune up fight at 140 pounds it's Bradley but props to him for still want to fight a top fighter again back2back in which that's Khan. If only Khan feel the same way. Forget about tune up fights, fight the best fighter at that division if he wants to fight him next.

They've not said it, but they don't need to! It's obvious that HBO will make more money if the fight is aired primetime in the US.

And just because he's had a war in one fight against a completely different styled opponent, it doesn't mean he's automatically ready for another. For the love of God, Ray, think before you post!

So he needs to offer Khan and say "60/40 and i kick your a$$"? lol. All Khan got to do is respond to Bradley and say "Sure i'll fight you. You have your promoter called my promoter and we have a fight."

Yeah, he wants it but why wouldn't he? I'm sure Khan wants it too but the fact is, there's a lot more people involved than just the two fighters.

I'd actually like to see Bradley on the undercard against an easy opponent and have both fighters look excellent. Similar to Hatton and Maglinaggi when they were hyping that fight. Have Khan in the main event and Bradley on the undercard, maybe against someone like Gavin Rees who has fans, is a former world champion and will come to fight.
