If I'm completely honest I never actually knew who that guy was, but he really seemed to know his stuff. Point well made.

That's because it never existed. Shane was boxer-puncher, just like many others. Jack just tried to act like he came up with some sort of knew fighting style.

Brendan Ingle is a good trainer.

    Kessler's 1st trainer maybe, but Jimmy Montoya isn't a **** trainer.

Benton was the brains of the operation, Duva just yelled a lot and was a hothead so he got more attention.

Paul Williams is a great example. He doesnt use his height and reach to his Stadvantage and can only block punches with his chin. Get Manny Steward or anyone halfway competent and Williams would be a ton better. Can anyone honestly say what Peterson does for Williams? All Paul does is throw a shitload of combos, his stamina is great but his technique sucks. It says a lot that hes been able to be successful with such **** teaching.

    Kessler vs Calzaghe

Kessler "I don't know what to do"

    "uh...pressure him, hit him"

hasn't Kessler changed trainers since then?

yes, however he didn't change trainers until after the Ward fight.

his trainer for the Calzaghe & Ward fights was a disgrace. Against Joe he kept telling him to keep up the pressure when it was plain to see in the 2nd half that Calzaghe had adapted and changed tactics.

After the Ward fight and the build up to Froch he brought in Montoya and was even quoted on Fightcamp as saying he wasn't happy with his trainer because he wasn't telling him what to do and how to change the fight vs Ward

no, because as weve seen by the 5 pages of replies people do think that boxers have done well wiv trainers who arent so good and didnt help them in tough situations

Has to be this guy .

Floyd has Hatton with his hands down , chin up and just to make it perfect Floyd is standing in an orthodox stance for the Pacquiao fight.

    Beautiful.
