Yeah remember the talk about it at time around the fight. End of the day Julius was put up to get a beating and Tyson to get another 'W' and cause hysteria over here. Julius went in gave it a go but had no chance and was swiftly dealt with.
I was there. Waste of money from a boxing point of view but good just have been to a Tyson fight. Calzaghe fought David Starie on the undercard in one of the most boring 12 round fights I've ever seen in my life.
remember it....the build up and how good Starie was and how it be a brilliant fight and then for 12 rounds **** all. Both men clinching and then mauling with there work and it was a shocker.
They introduced various fighters who where in the crowd that night, and Hagler & Benn seemed to get the biggest cheers :yep.
