First, as noted before; Locche. I hate watching him, too much clowning, but the guy was nearly impossible to hit. The clip here opens with his win over Cervantes, who is a Hall of Famer. He's clowning a HOF'er here. Not many could do something like that.

I've seen this posted before in another forum. Yes, this is amazing to behold.

Locche or Whitaker may be the best on film but I'd love to see more on Joe Gans & Benny Leonard.

Other mentions: Qawi, Frazier, Benitez, Armstrong, Pep, Prime Ali, James Toney, Duran

Mike McCallum is not the best but he needs to be mentioned.

Very smooth technician with an aesthetically pleasing style. Very frustrating guy to fight and knew how to make guys miss by inches. He is one of the best to mix offense with defense.

A flawless technician. And as you said when he slipped a punch something would always be coming back towards the other fighter. Perhaps his defense gets a bit underrated because he's never obvious in his movements. There's no flashiness, just effectiveness.

Ironically enough my dad (Rudkin) always told me you don't block punches, you slip them.

Suprised it got to 2 pages to get to Tyson.

How about Toney, all he does is slip and counter
