the only way this fight can be disappointing is if it ends too early both men have the power to end this inside of 5 or even 4 rounds

Yes it will. I'm going with Montiel on this one and the winner should be a P4P ranking even though Montiel has been around for a while now in some very good fights. Does he not have a good fan base? When he wins this fight, I would like to see him in with Vic.

I can only assure you that the Montiel-Donaire clash would be a lot better in terms of action inside the ring but better product? I doubt it . . . very few are following the lower weight class compared to the lightweight upwards.

Not fan of cochulito but I respect im and he always comes to fight. Donaire should win thks one but montiel will be swimging for the fences. Montiel vs darchinyan now that is more evenly matched and has classic and has trilogy written all over it.

Should be really good fight, both are warriors. Alexander quit. Kotelnik beat Alexander rather easily but was cheated by criminal judges.

I feel this may be an early FOTY candidate.

I never expected Bradley-Alexander to be a great fight, but this one will be.

    Someone's getting knocked out.

I guess it has to do with the fact that both guys fight at 118 pounds. It upsets me how the smaller weights (namely my favorite division, minimumweight/strawweight) get no love from the networks.

    I'm predicting Donaire-Montiel will be 20x better than Bradley-Alexander...

Now think about this, HBO spent $3 million for Bradley-Alexander while I think it only cost HBO $1 million for Donaire-Montiel (Donaire gets $375,000 compared to $1.2 million each for Bradley and Alexander)...

HBO is wasting too much money on the wrong match-ups and supporting unproven boxers (Bradley, Alexander, Berto, Ortiz, etc.)...

Let's see what Showtime can do...
