There are some good boxers in MMA. Which MMA fighter do you think is skilled enough to fight a pro bout with a Klitschko and win?

I wish an MMA guy would try it though so I can watch him get embarrassed.

This wasn't a diss thread. I was really asking a question.

Example Rashad Evans is an superb boxer. His boxing skills are his greatest weapon and I could easily see him making a good showing at 175 in the pro ranks.

I'm not saying he can beat one of the bros, he's too small. But do anyobody know any MMA fighter who have the boxing skills to compete in the top 20 HVYWt ranks today?

superb? he has decent hands, thats all, a good journeyman would give him a complete boxing lesson.

and again to answer your question, none of them. Arlovski, Fedor, CroCop (especially now) would not make it anywhere near top 20 even in a **** division.

In an MMA fight any decent one. In a boxing match none of them. If pro boxers struggle, MMA fighters have no chance.

get a guy with a good chin (the mexican UFC champ) heavy hands and he could have a chance in the heavyweights but only due to the dire state of that division

Rashard's not a superb boxer, wtf? He barely throws anything whenever he's in with a guy with good MMA standup. LOL he got outboxed by Forrest Griffin. Machida nearly killed him with Karate strikes.

I can't see any MMA heavy, not even Fedor standing much of a chance in a boxing match against the Klits. Maybe the ones with a miniscule chance of a lucky punch victory would be Cain Velasquez and Junior Dos Santos. I'd include Carwin, but he's got **** stamina and would gas out pretty quickly and would get destroyed in under two rounds.

When I think MMA heavies, I think **** stamina and soft bellies. Atleast the ones not on roids. They are not made for boxing.

uh oh, this has been moved to the mma section, prepare for a **** storm..

although I think the mma fans on this site are educated enough about boxing to know the answer.
