Diego Corrales fits the bill. He threw very quick combinations, particularly on the inside. His punches didn't travel as much distance, which makes things quicker, and he threw his combinations fluidly and quickly. But his feet were slow.

Joe Louis was economical with his movement. His footwork wasn't bad, even though his feet were relatively slow, because he moved with purpose and often set traps with his footwork. He had quick hands though, and beautiful combinations.

To a lesser extent, Felix Trinidad. He has no speedster with his hands but his hand speed was still pretty good. His feet were on the slow side, however.

    Who else?

Tszyu. People often thought he was slow because of the way he moved, which was very deliberate, however his handspeed was impressive.

Nah, I thought Hatton's hand speed was pretty good as well.

I agree, he had pretty quick hands in his younger years. Especially with that straight right hand. Quick and on-point. Tszyu in later years was rather slow though.

The current version of Mosley...a major factor in why Pacquiao should have an easy nights work if he can avoid that right hand. Pacquiao's in (get his punches off) and out movement, will give Mosley fits all night.

klitschkos, though vitali's reflexes were pretty fast. people think they are slow but their hand speed is really fast for their size
