If Mayweather wanted any of those bouts in that period of time he could have said so...it's not all down to Top Rank getting in touch with Mayweather like you are claiming. If I remember correctly, a number of boxers including Cotto had Mayweather's name in their mouths. Like I said, if Mayweather wanted to be boxing in that period...he would have been, it's as simple as that.
