If their serious about performing to the best of their abilities then they should be eating well. Put shite in, get shite out.

Is eggs, processed chicken and tinned spaggetti really THAT bad from a nutritional point of view (genuine question!)?

no its not, fair enough that processed chicken is not that great but thefat content of the tinned spaghetti is very low and its full of complex carbs, not much thought went into that meal, could of had some veg, ditched the chicken and had another egg and swapped the juice for water, when im coming up to a fight getting weight down i live off baked spuds, tuna, veg with a half tin of tinned spaghetti for dinner everyday for about two weeks

They had just trained, they should be getting some complex carbs in them and some lean protein, as well as some veg. Instead they spaghetti things will be white, refined pasta covered in a sugar and salt ladden sauce. The chicken was processed crap. The eggs were ok and at least the tropicana is fresh orange (I think?)
