    A vote taken by the Board of Governors of the WBC was released on Thursday and the sanctioning body has ordered a rematch between Bernard Hopkins and their reigning light heavyweight champion, Jean Pascal. From what ***********.com/Netboxe.com has learned, the two sides have 30 days to reach an agreement. If they fail, a purse bid will be held in Mexico City on February 4. The winner of the battle will then be required to compete with former champion Chad Dawson.

    That's a ****ing mess. It doesn't look like HBO is interested in a Dawson fight after his last performance.

    It may be seriously unfair on Chad, but I hope HBO reject it. This could force Pascal to rematch Hopkins - a fight I'd much prefer to see.

    its all bull****

    Overloading Pascal with mandatorys make him fight Hopkins then Dawson rather than unify

    plus Dawson had a clause

    had it not been vs a legend Hopkins there would never be a rematch

    Noone forced Pascal to fight Hopkins. He chose to.

    Plus hopkins schooled him after 2 kd and won in the eyes of many, where dawson got his ass whooped. Im glad b-hop is getting another shot he deserves it the most. In the mean time why doesnt dawson fight cloud.

    Hopkins won six rounds on my card and Pascal won the fight. It was close, a lot of rounds could go either way. Schooling, nah. Pascal just gassed.

    I expect Pascal to be even better in the rematch
