Pacquaio is not very impressive relative to the hype he recieves. It is not enough that Pacquaio fights regional-grade athletes, but he fights regional-grade athletes who are often weight-drained and shot. He forces these poor athletes to come in at uncomfortable weights as well. His style of fighting leaves a lot to be desire as well.
