dosnet do anythink for khan though apart from line his pockets (that was the case with any of the potentiol opponents) i agrre though its probably worth doing just to shut them up
And keeping his name out there in England. It's important that he satisfy the needs of his home fans because he is clearly isn't the complete package when it comes to being the face of British Boxing and PPV. He still needs to rebuild his following, a lot of people jumped off after his move to PPV and more specifically the Prescott debacle. And the sad reality is that a fight like this does more to build his name here then the Maidana or Malignaggi fight will.
I would assume because speed does generate power, not at all sayin that Khan is a massive puncher just stating the laws of physics!
the morons in general have no idea what a good fight this is going to be, all the best to paul, looking forward to it.
Only those with emotional involvement.. He's a nice chap but Khan will devastate the guy inside a few rounds.
A few rounds? :think I wouldnt bet on that. Khan wins a mid/late stoppage imo. McCloskey will go hell for leather first few rounds and Khan will keep his distance until McCloskey loses a bit of his initial 'pep', then I expect Khan to take over and eventually stop him.
McCloskey is extremely awkward and could probably prove a headache for a lot of top fighters stylewise but dont think you can accuse him of having any 'pep'.....is a non-puncher IMO
not brick fisted by any means, but certainly not a non-puncher either, he aint malignaggi, he's stopped some really durable guys.
should khan beat mccloskey which i feel he will it will be an underrated win. ppl will look at mccloskey as little more then a euro fighter but i think he's slightly better then that theres a few in the top 10 who he'd pose problems for
Khan TKO1 absolute Salita job no doubt in my mind. By the way why couldnt it have been Khan v Ortiz? Im yet to hear anyones explanation for that.
Ortiz is one of GBP's goldenboys... There isn't the money to make it happen in the UK as HBO wouldn't provide a high enough sum and would only give a decent price in the event of it being on U.S prime so it would have to take place in the US
talk absolute **** mate, and I like your posts, but you are way off the mark on this, its an insult to paul to compare him to salita, as I said I predicted khan to do salita in 3 rounds at least, he did him in the first, but if khan does mccloskey in the first then I will be majorly ****ing impressed
