Again a lie, it matters thats why May/June was never on the cards even though Haye was available, would mean fighting in England, Haye was offered only April/July.

What is the current status of Haye having to fight a mandatory, and by when?

Haye's statement that he don't think Wlad can be ready for the July date after Chisora sounds like nonsense. I think reason is that Haye, himself, cant' see himself getting ready for July after having to fight a mandatory in May (?).

Anyone know the latest on Haye's mandatory, or if he still has to do that in May?

Another excuse for Wlad to duck haye

 

When has David Haye actually made the claim that he'd lose his belt if he waits til July. Has the WBA actually made the claim that he would lose his belt and that is why he is not fighting? I don't need the general rules, because as we know their rules are often bent due to varying circumstances. Remember his excuse was that Klitschko wouldn't be ready 8 to 9 weeks after Chisora. If it happens that you can't make a contract, and what if Chisora beats Klitschko, they can say Haye will fight the winner of the Chisora-Klitshcko fight, even if we know its gonna be Wladimir. And severe financial penalites to Klitshcko if isn't ready for July 2.

I don't remember him saying anything about him losing his belt. All I've seen are Haye fans claim this time after time, I haven't seen Haye himself make this claim. BTW, since January, He'd have had plenty of time to make a fight in March with Chagaeve if he was worried, which he has decided not to do, that is not Klitshcko's fault, and why do we hear that he will fight the ridiculous winner of Rahman-Mormeck as an eliminator if he absolutely has to have a contract before then?
