I would have to Bhop and then Floyd....just look at how old 'Nard is and he is keeping up with guys in their 20's. I'm in my 30's and I can clearly see how much I have slowed since I was in my 20's what he has done is AMAZING!

Floyd always stays in the gym and I read before that he trains so hard he bones hurt (which strikes me as over training) not to mention what Ishe Smith has said etc etc

I dont think Manny as recently Roach has been complaining alot about him missing days and wanting to do other things when he should be training!

boxing is a hard sport.. most top boxers train hard.. is not easy or possible to judge one from the other... salvador sanchez had great lungs.. maybe from training maybe it was natural but he could fight 15rds easily.. trinidad and john john molina are the more dicipline boxers from PR althought wilfredo gomez and benitez trained hard for a few fights but not for all of them.. so is a guessing game

is easier to pick who doesnt train and who is the laziest fighter.. a poll like that will be a lot easier
    :hat

Surprised no one mentioned Foreman... When he was younger his training regiment was hellish.

Nobody knows, unless you have done a training camp with every top fighter ever you are simply second guessing who trains the hardest.

Floyd Trains alot even when his opponents sleep like 24 7 showed

Manny? every training camp is bad according to Roach

Hatton cuts a lot of weight and always is well conditioned

Frazier takes it for me that guy worked
