Contrary to what Wlad was saying the other day that the offer to make the fight is there, Booth claims he's heard nothing so far this year. Also Wlad insists that he will fight anywhere. That's not what he wanted in the last round of negotiations saying he will fight only in Germany.

The bottom line is, BOTH CAMPS ARE BULLSHITTING THE BOXING COMMUNITY. Is it time we said f**k off to the both of them??? :nono

Booth would give Mayweather a good run for his money in the art of bullshitting.

Calm down, Wlad will fight the more accomplished cruiserweight while Vitali will kick Solis' ass who already owned Haye, in the meantime the Fixmaker might even get stripped so he'll become more irrelevant. As for Booth... just look how Groves is avoiding DeGale with press releases how they want to fight Chunky, the whole team is full of bullshitters while the Klitschkos are kicking arse beating every champ and top contender. There's only one camp bullshitting, the other camp is making HW history.

No they are both bullshitting cos Wlad when he talks gives off signals that he dont give a **** about money or that he will fight anywhere, the last time he said that, and was offered Vegas, he said no, then the UK and again he said no, fight needs to be in Germany.

I don't buy the Wlad tough guy talk either, I don't think he wants Haye as it poses a risk. He's better off fighting guys liek Chisora, Adamek who are too green/too small in the case of Adamek. Slow fat plodders like Sam Peter. Truth is if he gets in with anyone who has speed, plus power, he knows it could end up like another Sanders debacle.

Haye too, he's gone down in my estimation. He's just trying to ride out time, get in 1 easy fight per year, fool and rob the boxing public, and then sail away in to the sunset with a massive bank balance. He gives no **** about legacy or cleaning up the division. And you gotta hand it to him, he's doing what true shrewd business men do, and pulling it off perfectly.

Heavyweight division was a joke before Haye stepped up, and a few years on and it's still very much in the same condition.

They both suck balls. Why can't boxers box the best in their weight class anymore? ****'s ridiculous.

The thing is, boxers will more often than not take the easy route. Let's face it, who wants to take punishment, when there are ways of making money through clever match making and publicity. All that needs to be done is win over the casual fan, hype the **** out of any fight and watch the PPV dollars come rolling in.

If I had some boxing skills and a little bit of business accumen I would surely take this road too. Boxing is not so much the poor man's way out of poverty, and having grueling fight after grueling fight to earn a crust. Its now a sport for the opportunist and I put the likes of Haye and Wlad in that catagory. Atleast Mayweather is honest about wanting to make a buck.

I wish the other two clowns would come clean as well, they may actually gain a little respect.

What ever are the reasons for fight not happening; one thing is pretty clear (to me..) KMG played Haye and Booth like the amateurs that they are.
For example: Haye has no credible opponent for casual fans in GB after K2 secured Adamek. (Povetkin is A-, like Haye but he's unknown talent there)
They 'forced' Haye for meaningless WBA mandatory defense while they have inked Solis, Chisora (yeah-yeah..) and Adamek for next half.
Looks like they even made (with a little help from Arum) HBO's RG to eat his words of not airing hw-fight unless it's K2/Haye. Wlad/Solis is on! :)

(do not take this post dead seriously, I'm just laughing at Booth's unbelievable bad management skills and lack of 'outside of the box thinking'..)

Booth is all over the place. It seemed as though he was on the ball (maybe he is?) just not in the way we thought. Is it his willingness or unwillingness to take the bigger fights? I am not too sure. I think his job is to secure as many LUCRATIVE fights as he can. That does not need to be against the likes of a Klit, or even a Povetkin. I think Booth is good at what he does. Used the Klit name big time early on to get Haye some major publicity then feed off that, whilst still bringing Klit up now and again, keeps the fans dangling, will they, won't they etc.

And in the interim fans are buying his fights in the hope that it leads up to a Klit fight, cos we are constantly told that he's on the Haye radar every time he wins a fight. We are kinda stupid too for falling for it, but such is our thirst for a BIG heavyweight fight, we buy all the rhetoric and hype.

Maybe because the deal was never off the table? Only Haye said no thanks for the summer fight.

Yep I know, it's just tit for tat with the spin and propaganda.
