    TS how about you just man up and stop sugar coating the ****. You are basically wondering how anyone can be a fan of Floyd bc of his personality and trying to imply that we as fans of his boxing skills are okay and accept his faults outside the ring.

    I'm sickened he is gone because there were wars waiting in the wings for him. Fights I would have enjoyed watching, much like Mayweather fights.

    I wouldn't have been rooting for him though if he ducked fighters and behaved the way Mayweather has, I'd still watch him though. You can't seem to grasp the difference between rooting for someone and watching their fights.

    I hate Floyd for many reasons, not just that and I am disappointed I won't see what was one of the hottest prospects taking on the 140 division. Where's the contradiction? If Valero started to behave like Mayweather, and I rooted for him in fights, that would be a contradiction.

    With me, I have no problem with an athlete, especially boxer being cocky and confident, AS LONG AS HE BACKS IT UP. When Ali went around saying his was the greatest, I have no problem with that, because in this sport, you have to think that to win. Now if Devon Alexander got all cocky and said he was the best fighter in the world and kept claiming he was the best, then I'd tell him to shut the hell up
