Then you must rethink and articulate your point(s) so that others are successful in comprehending your intent. :good

Everyone is about to have a bunch of ***s. The army is being filled with old GED toting trash since they've lowered the standards and raised the age so much. So there's that.

I really should not, seeing you often reply in a tangent instead of addressing the points, it would be a worthless endeavor.

Out of Africa theory (OOA) is the belief that Cro-Magnon man were the first Homo sapien sapiens to have enough ingenuity and technology to leave Africa, make art, take over both Neanderthal (very red headed and light complexion btw) and Homo erectus and eventually become the Europeans who would purchase African slaves from the Arabs and African slave traders. Thus, you have fallen for the same old replacement theory of the racists Darwinians except with your slant that these so called Jewish albinos are the replacers.

…but how does this theory jive with the Nation of Islam theory that a black skinned and Arab Jacob named Yakub from Mecca engineered the first Jew/first white person? This to me sounds like a copy of Dr. Hans Oehlenschlager silly theory that Cro-Magnons had also been genetically engineered by ancient astronaut to have a bigger brain and greater intelligence.

As I said earlier Neuromelanin is biochemically and ultrastructurally distinct from the melanin in the melanocytes. In fact it resides in the neurons totally outside the body’s melanocytes system. Moreover, albinism is a genetic defect and much different from the selection of ancestral phenotypes like melanin content and sun tanning potential. Caucasians have not actually lost their ancestral phenotype that creates melanin (suntans) and IMO, they just havnt experienced enough environmental stress and stimuli to kick it in full fledged. The reason that some Caucasian may have lost any melanin could simply be because he represents a critter that has "lost" the ability after many years of separation and inbreeding.

Biologically speaking race/breeds are when two forms of closely related animals such as polar bears and Grizzlies differ slightly but can still interbreed.

I know what you said, and I have already informed you that your understanding is flawed and incorrect. The basic structure and properties of Melanin and Neuromelanin are identical since they are both utilizing the same based derived from identical precursor proteins and amino acids. As you can clearly see below, the critical protein in both Melanin and Neuromelanins is, Tyrosinase. All OCA1, OCA2, and OCA3 candidates lack the ability to metabolize Tyronisine required to build the base Melanin used in Neuromelanin in adequate quality.
Also note, Tyrosine is the percursor for DOPAMINE and Catecholanines. Quite naturely, a low Dopamine level will result in brain chemistry imbalance (depression).
I suggest you perform further research if you intend to debate or review Melanin experts Doctors Moore and Pookrum. :yep

    [FONT=Verdana, Arial]Origins of Cagots:

"In the region of Béarn they were given many names. Apart from the term ‘cagot’, they were also called ‘crestias’ or ‘gésitains’. To explain their lowly station and to legitimise their pariah status, some claimed that ‘cagot’ referred to ‘goth’. This allowed them to justify the social exclusion of these people because they were now descendants of the ‘goths’, the barbaric and pagan groups which conquered much of Europe during the middle ages.

At the same time, it was also claimed that the term ‘crestias’ was a contraction of ‘Christians’: this too, of course, justified their exclusion from society of that time! In addition, ‘Gésitain’ is a rather unique name because it comes from the name of the biblical personality Gehazi, the dishonest servant of Elisha, the ‘man of God’.

The Bible tells us the story of the leprosy-afflicted Naaman, Army Chief of the King of Syria. Naaman went to Israel where Elisha cured him. When Naaman offers generous gifts to Elisha, Elisha refuses to accept them and sends Naaman on his way back to Syria. Gehazi however has other plans, and tells Naaman that Elisha had changed his mind and had asked him to send some gifts through him. These of course, Gehazi keeps for himself. When Elisha finds out the truth, he curses Naaman saying «Naaman’s leprosy will cling to you and to your posterity for ever». Gehazi then leaves Elisha’s
home with a leprosy white as the snow » (Livre des Rois II, 5, verset 27). Thus ‘cagots’ or the ‘gésitains’ were not simply descendents of a greedy servant, they also carried with them the ancient curse of being carriers of the dreaded ‘white leprosy’."

Back then, they labeled it, Leprosy. Today, we understand the true ailment of the Lepers was, Albinism.

President, you keep sticking to that minute part of my argument but your rationality remains more and more flawed . First of all neuromelanin isnt even listed in that chart. Furthermore, its as silly as saying that two cells or genes made of some of the same materials must have the same function. Neuromelanin has nothing to do with skin color

Why dont you just admit that all this has to do with the Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Louis Farrakhan belief that Jews are merely weak albinos who some how gained control of the Black American economy, and that melanin content is what really makes one the favored race? What is wrong with profiling an ex con? Especially one who turned his life around, and is successful. Undercover racist/prejudiced white men will always have an issue with outspoken black men. They don't like Hopkins because he beat the system, and is outspoken about it, and outspoken about the way things are. They hate that, so they look at little things to nit pick about. None of them even know Hopkins though.

    Albinism

Leprosy is not albinism. Moreover, Miriam who criticized her brother Moses for marrying a dark skinned woman was turned white with leprosy. Leprosy like psoriasis is often very silvery white in all people including whites and blacks. Its been firmly established that Miriam and early Jews were not black but of mixed color.

On the basketball court some people say, " I will never let a white boy dunk on me." Don't think it is racist. "white boy" is an accepted term in the U.S. for reasons that some white people resent.

Hopkins believes in a long and royal line of so called Afroamericanus slickensis. Everyone else in the "community" is probably either just Latino, Afrolatino, African, Asian or a white boy. I petitioned Vivic Wallace about his earlier article concerning his slick Afroamericans where it seems that Vivec, Bernard Hopkins, Murrad Muhammad, Naseem Richardson, etc... dismiss AfroAMERICAN slickness in both Africans and Afrolatinos. Does this phenomena actually compare to the rampant Pathology of Jewish Anti-Semitism via so many elitist Jews? Afterall, many here at ESB believe that the more melanin you have the more superior you are. Ali and Malcolm X believed lighter skinned blacks rflected a superior Arab ancestry.

[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XhxrLiqsXSQ[/ame] Why dont they count Afrolatinos as Americans? --Pac fought three of those

nothing wrong with profiling an ex con like hopkins if you are celebrating how a man can be rehabilitated. they are celebrating the history of black americans, though. a cynic would suggest it is appropriate since bureau of justice statistics indicate 32% of black males can expect to spend time in prison in their lifetime.
i just think there are more deserving role models worthy of recognition in celebration of black history. but what do i know, im not black.

What part of Neuro-MELANIN do you not understand.

Melanin, used within various Neuromelanins is found in the Basil layer of the skin. You seem to possess a surface level understanding of Melanin, but perhaps fail to realize the structure of Melanocyte is nearly identical to Synaptic neurons. Each melanocyte also communicates with it's corresponding neighbor in the same manner in which Neuron connects to neuron.

The electrical properties of melanin are as a Superconductor. While Melanin is manufactured and stored in the Melanocyte, Neuromelanins are manufactured deep in the brain in the substantia nigra. The Pineal Gland acts a REGULATOR sensitive to light/dark gating the manufacture of Neurom
Dr. Jewel Pookrum theorizes that a heavily melaniated indivdual can be said to possess two brains; one comprised of communicating melanocytes under the skin which collect/analyze/process external stimulus, and the other in the skull which receives this input for further analysis/processing. :deal

I never stated or implied that Neuro-melanin were involved in skin color. Skin color is determined by melanocyte distribution and TYR processing capability. The melanocyte can be viewed as a cup filled to a certain level with mealnin. Someone of Wesley Snipes complexion would have a cup 75-85% full. Halle Berry, 30-40%....

You are correct in that all melanins do not share 100% identical properties. They cannot because they do not all address the same function(s).
To achieve different functions, slight (never major) biomolecular modifications are inherent.
You must remember. Before anything else in the embryo, there is only melanin. In early fetal formation Melanin is used to form the spinal cord, optical/Audio nerves, brain, reproductive organs, ect. in the early fetus. If the embryo contains insufficient melanin, the fetus will be born defective, or wired differently.

Neuromelanins come later, derived from their melanin base.

When a melanin transport system breaks down under stress it's called, Melanoma.
When a Neuromelanin pathway breaks down under stress it's called, Parkinson's

The belief in Leprosy comes from a time when sun cancer and melanoma were little understood. Today, educated people understand the erro and that there is no such ailment as Leprosy. Have you even met a leper? No. See if you can find one person who has.

    Melanoma

Jesus treated the lepers by applying oil to their damaged skin. It appears that Jesus would have been a billionaire since this oil turns out to have performed the same sun blocking function as sunscreen, except not as toxic as today's commercial Christian version.

President, you are either desperately trying to save face or totally blinded by your Nazi-like science and propaganda. Of course albinos have nerve damage and of coarse melanin comes from melanocyes; no one ever said they didnt. Just look at my posts were I have informed you over and over again that neuromelanin has nothing to do with melanocyes and skin color .

That is why your charts never show neuromelanin.

I've shown you how melanin is derived. The Melanin found in Neuro-melanin is derived no differently. Only a brain-dead homosexual down-low dunce would fail to realize that the "Neuro" in Neuromelanin is a descriptor indicating that this MELANIN is to be found in the brain/Spinal cord and is a NEUROTRANSMITTER.

Neuro- Neu"ro- [Gr. ney^ron nerve.] (Anat.)
A combining denoting a nerve, of or pertaining to a nerve or
    the nervous system.
    [1913 Webster]

    Melanin Mel"a*nin, n. [Gr. me`las, me`lanos, black.]
    (Physiol.)
A black pigment found in the pigment-bearing cells of the
skin (particularly in the skin of the negro), in the
epithelial cells of the external layer of the retina (then
called fuscin), in the outer layer of the choroid, and
    elsewhere.

Neuromelanin (NM) is a dark polymer pigment produced in specific populations of catecholaminergic neurons in the brain. It appears in greatest quantities in the human brain, in lesser amounts in some other non-human primates, but is absent from the brain in many lower species. Interest in this pigment has seen a resurgence in recent years because of a hypothesised link between neuromelanin and the especial vulnerability of neuromelanin-containing neurons to cell death in Parkinson's disease (PD). Little is known regarding the biology of neuromelanin. As neuromelanin appears to have characteristics in common with the better studied peripheral melanin pigments this review compares what is known about neuromelanin with melanins found in other body tissues.

Remember that word, found in the chart posted, catecholamines ? From where are they derived?
This should end your weak straw man regarding differences between the two. If not, go see a counselor for your, obsession.

As can be expected of a complex Biopolymer such as Melanin in the skin on brain, they both share the same electrical and magnetic charge, and protect the inner cells from damage from free radicals.
That Neuromelanin is not responsible for skin color is irrelevant, and a weak straw-man retreat. It is why you introduced it to the discussion in the first place. It wasn't I who associated skin color with Neuromelanin. It was you.
It is still basically the same polymer molecule as that found under the skin. If you disagree, then present you data on how Neuromelanin is manufactured and of what. :yep
