well im happy with my subscription to premier at the moment, they seem to have enough boxing on for me to justify my subscription. lets just hope they keep building it up and we can get the setanta glory days back
Premier are slowly getting decent cards. Hopefully they get more subscribers and we can see more boxing. Any news on Montiel-Donaire?
:twisted: The overseas TV money (outside of Mexico and Phillipines) can't be that significant. Top Rank should be looking to give their fighters more exposure, and they'd get a decent-ish fee for it. How come Polsat seem to show every US card? They can't be paying loads.
Obviously they don't charge the same to all countries. I reckon US promoters think boxing is far more popular here then it actually is, and think its big business over here. Sky should have manned up and paid what Top Rank where asking though :twisted:
Better news. Im still a little peeved about them not getting Montel - Don but I suppose they wanted too much money. But I would have preferred that to the Wembley card and Judah combined if I'm honest.
