In what way does Booth use BN? We ask him questions, he answers and we publish those answers, sometimes with comment, sometimes without. If we ask him to justify the Harrison fight – which we did and you would expect us to – he will justify it in his own words, which we then print, but that will then be referred to as propaganda. I'm not saying we're perfect but that brand of 'logic' does not make it easy for us.

It'd be nice if BN could get a 'proper' interview with Haye. When you see him in the mainstream media it's just a load of arse licking.

Ask him about what he thinks his legacy will be, what he makes of the internet reaction to his recent antics, why he didn't fight Adamek...stuff like that.

So why have you never asked him to justify the Harrison fight??

THIS... This is exactly what I want to read about. How does Haye feel about US journos calling him "The Ducker". Why did he change his mind about fighting Harrison?

We did ask him some of that stuff in the preview issue AND when we interviewed him and Froch in the same issue a year ago. And we have asked Booth why he changed his mind re Harrison but I'll have to dig it out and I'm pretty snowed under. I'm sure we have quoted him on it.

The answer as to why they changed their mind about the Harrison fight is that the "fans demanded it" but god knows who these fans were

I don't get the obsession with the Audley fight to be honest, it was about easy money, if someone offered you £5/£10million to fight Audley Harrison and you were Haye would you take it?

I think a better question to ask him would be why after such a crappy fight is he waiting until May to fight again? I think that's the thing fans have a right to be pissed off about...

would be nice to see. I PM'd you as requested.

What I will say is theres a major difference between asking a question and pushing for a proper answer.

When Booth and Haye come out with there bull**** answers they should be pushed.

If Haye says "I get more emails asking me to fight Audley Harrison than anyone else" you should mention his facebook fan page, which prior to the fight even being announced was full of abuse off Haye for even considering the fight. He should have been asked to show us one of these mythical emails.

When he says "The Klitsckos don't want to accept fair terms" ask him about the 50-50 offer which he accepted recently but turned down to fight Klitscko

Ask him why he wasn't prepared to fight Vitali? Why does he only fight every 8 months, why does has he bitched out of the fight so many times?

    Instead we get

Boxing News - "So Adam why did you fight Audley Harrison despite saying it would not happen as it would be bad for Hayes legacy"
Adam Booth - "Its the figth the fans called for"
Boxing News - "WOW. Thanks for that. Do George Groves and Dave Coldwell want there own column?"

Low blow Rob. Groves' diary was a good insight into the life of a pro fighter, while Dave does not get paid and rarely writes about Haye and Groves. Try and keep to the matter at hand.

Check out the number of my column - CC70, thats 70 weeks i've done the column for, that takes it a little further back in time than the Harrison fight.

Sometimes you come across as a proper tool.

Also, i've wrote far more about fw and other promoters fighters than my own out of those 70 columns and have wrote very positive things about them. I'm sure i had Gavin, Smith and Bellew in my tips for the top for 2010. I'm sure i've stated that Gavin is one of my favourite prospects in the game also and i expect a massive year for him in 2011.

What's your take on all this then Dave?

I've not read the article, but you can't be happy with the reaction you received if the article was mostly positive?
