You know, Southpaws themselves have trouble against other Southpaws. :worm

Styles make fights, and Judah was the first fighter that Mayweather faced that was faster, as atheltically gifted, with KO power, slick style counter puncher, and a southpaw. It wasn't just that he was a south paw. He had a lot of diiferent tools to contend with Mayweather. Him losing to Baldomir didn't and doesn't mean anything to how he matched up with Mayweather. And him being a southpaw was just one of many different combinations of attributes that made it a competitive fight early on.

As far as I can remember I never claimed him to be anything special, but I consider a journeyman to be, say, Darnell Boone, not someone who was one of the best fighters in his division. You complain of double standards, but then downplay a Mayweather win in the same way you talk of people downplaying Pacquiao's, which suggests that you're either completely ignorant, or you dont know the meaning of the phrase. I'm not even a Mayweather hugger, I just think you're disrespecting a genuinely good fighter and are a bit of a hypocrite.

Floyd is usually aggressive against southpaws, but emmanuel is one of the most aggressive fighters today. What kind of strategy will Jr used to beat emmanuel? Will he walk emmanuel down and apply pressure like he did his 6 prior southpaw victims or lay back in the cut and be ease picking emmanuel off with the jab?:think

Floyd is more aggressive vs southpaws, that is why he gets hit more, that and the fact that he squares up more. It also happens that the southpaws he fought are also counter punchers. I think Floyd has a little more trouble against southpaws, but doesn't struggle.
Really, every fighter can say they struggle with southpaws, but Floyd has less trouble than most fighters. Even other southpaws can say they struggle against southpaws. Check Paul Williams's two losses

Cotto is supposed to be some southpaw slayer now? THis the same guy that Corley made do the chicken dance. Remember Cotto had to desperately resort to low blowing Zab Judah to stop Zab's momentum.

Judah wasnt the same after being beheaded by Tszyu. Corley was never that good and Mitchell was also beheaded by Tszyu, so what is your point?

Are you the woman from the Lennox Holyfield I fight? As your score card looks a little Don Kingish?

That just shows how great of a boxer he is. They have to say he is horrible against Southpaws when he has lost only 3 to 4 rounds against them his entire professional career. LMAO!! I guess Manny is horrible against them as well bc he got knocked out by one.

If your dumb ass would read my post I said I am not comparing Gatti to Manny. I said Floyd will probably have the same attitude that he had going into the Gatti fight and bring that type of performance. :deal
