he quit against Margo(you can make a case against Baldo as well) and couldn't beat a one-eyed Cotto after his african noggin head-butted a hole in cotto's head(i had the worthless clottey at +230 in that fight). then he blames his cowardly performance against Paq on diarrhea or some **** like that. his only notable wins are against a blown-up and used-up corrales(rip) and a small and beat-up zab judah(143).

the only skills clottey has is to seperate hard-earned money from inexperienced fight fans such as yourself.

Mayweather vs Clottey would make Mayweather vs Baldomir look like an absolute war.

 

clottey is very accurate with his punches just like floyd, I think would be an interesting fight, I wonder who would be the agressor.

What am I saying, it will probably be a snoozefest.

 

clottey doesn't really counter though, he just shells up until you are done throwing then returns fire....it would be boring as hell...like pac clottey with less punching from both sides

Is there much worse than Gay-Baldomir. People walked out of that fight.

The only PPV definitely more boring than Mayweather/Baldomir was Pacquiao/Clottey. So yeah, using logic, I'd say Mayweather/Clottey would be more boring than Mayweather/Baldomir. Recent PPV's that have been worse include Hopkins/Jones II, Mosley/Mora (badass undercard, though), and Holyfield/Williams.

Mayweathers' fights are always "boring" because he a) doesn't keep his hands by his waist the whole fight, b) doesn't get punched in the face in return the whole fight, c) doesn't lose, therefore providing the desired outcome, and d) doesn't lay more pain on his opponents when possible. Mostly C though.

Damn, everybody must think Whitaker and Pep fights are only good for watching when you're trying to catch some zzz's too...
