Hershman told the media Bute was never invited. I'm surprised that's not common knowledge around here.

But seriously, i think Bute is a great fighter who just needs to step up his competition; which he will do soon. No way should he be ranked 1 or 2 in the division though... Ward and Froch should both be ahead... actually so should Kessler

 

i like bute, nice guy and an exciting fighter, very slick too but his fans are idiots like the klitschko fans.

 

Of course, Showtime signed him for 3 or 4 fights to see him fight tomato cans.
