Yes it is shocking really. Morales hasn't been on US Television since he embarked on his comeback.

at least its a good undercard. Macklin vs Winky, Katsidis vs Guererro and ive heard Litzau vs Ponce De Leon. Hopefully sky pick it up.

I suppose putting Katsidis-Guerrero and an exciting prospect on the undercard, just about warrants a PPV. Just. Ah well, **** it, if it's on Sky we'll be watching it for free anyway.

As for the fight, nobody willing to criticize Maidana for this? If it was an Alexander or Khan that picked on Morales, ESB would be up in arms. But because it's Maidana, he's a badass and he's been less cuddled, I guess he's ok to get a pass for it.

Morales does truely have the warrior spirit for taking this fight sadly i dont think his abilities match up to ambition anymore

My head and my heart are all ****ed up over this 'potential' fight.
Could Eric do it??? Could he...? Maybe, just maybe, how brilliant for boxing fans would that be?? El Terrible beating up on the Malvinas stealing mofo!!
Alas I fear its all going to go wrong for him though :(

If that's the undercard (along with Kirkland) then it's the best PPV in ages, despite the mismatch of a main event (I'd chop off a bollock for Erik to win though).

it will be fan while it lasts. going in with the expectation of a 3-4 round tear up and you wont be disapointed.

I think he was going to do some sparring free of charge in exchange for being on the undercard.

quite happy that maidana has stepped in to fight Morales , credit to both fighters.

Maidana obviously big favourite but it'll be a great fight no matter what and that's what we want.

Guerrero shouldn't be anywhere near lightweight and ain't that good anyway, Katsidis will muller him.

Reported on the scene that Nacho Beristain will train Maidana for this fight. Good move?

    No Litzau-De Leon

Undercard is still quality...Wright-Macklin, Katsidis-Guerrero and Kirkland-TBA. Hopefully Kirkland faces someone decent, he makes for good fights.
