    word on the street is its the 1st stages of a sex change he is getting as a ploy to get floyd to fight him. Pacquiao said 'im just doing my job and hopefully my new gender will help bob arum negotiate a fight with floyd mayweather and help him regain the urge' . by the way, is that lump on his right hand a possible ride effect
