Mexicans are not the most skilled, but when talking about "toughness" they have to be rated high. But you completely left them out of your list in the first post on this thread.

Most Boricuas have no problem admitting Mexican fighter are tough except you papo. Still mad about the Calderon whoopin', didn't the JuanMa victory over Rafa Marquez help you forget all that?

Mexico. I don't think this is debatable.

True but Italian Americans have a long line of Great fighters and pretty damn tough chins too. (Marciano,Lamotta,Basillo etc etc).

    i'd agree with this...

you have instances where the tougher fighter beats the more skilled fighter....and vice versa...

Only there cause they were paying me!

Every other day I drove over to El Paso to get food and drink cause I can't eat/drink the **** they got there. You'd be on the toilet for days.:smh
Not to mention the potholes in the streets will swallow your whole car. Best to drive down the sidewalks. :good

    My Vote(s): CUBA, then Mexico!!!

Cubans are tough, but they train in the sweet science the way it's supposed to be; Hit & no get hit.

Mexicans are tough, but they fight in brawls with defense as a side menu item. In most cases, a boxer (Cuba) will always beat a brawler (Mexico), which is why Roger Mayweather defeated so many Mexican fighters in his prime.

Mexico! Forget the national pride for a minut and be realistic, no other country comes close.
