    "long way to the airport"

    aka ripping cab riders off.

I thought Alex was a cool guy, but just because Khan's team dont want him now, he starts the insults.

As long as Roach head coach is with Khan all is well, there are many conditioning coach's out there alot cheaper than Alex.

cheaper isnt better, khan is to money focussed at this point, he should focus more on boxing and his career then some dollars.

    yea agree.

ariza is way too local and chats way too much **** for a conditioning coach.
I mean they ask him about manny and boxing q's in general. who the **** is he to pass judgement on any1?! KNOW YOUR ROLE!

Having said that. Some of his quotes from this vid are just legendary

We dont know the in's and out on what really happened, i agree this should not be about money but i heard Alex works off % so as Khan gets bigger pays so will Alex, maybe also they were not happy with his work, who knows.

I just hope this dont effect Khan in the ring.

Yeah we dont know for sure, but Ariza looked like he was doing a excellent job with khan because his conditioning helped him trough the maidana fight and he credited ariza for it after the fight.
I think its a bad move, especially because he wants to move up in weight.
He could have made a different deal with ariza or something instead of kicking him out.

Uhm pretty sure insults is nothing to compared to straight up robbery/stealing.

I am not taking sides. I really don't care who did what. Hopefully, both can move on.

You know Khan was stating after the Maidana fight that he felt he over trained, in a 12 week camp. Now if Alex was in charge of setting most of the workouts though the day, Khan may have him to blame.

If you watch the fight, Khan started gasing around 4th and 5th rounds which is unlike him, Khan also stated that he lacked snap in his punches on the night, and the 12 week camp was too long.

Khan's team have seemed guilty of this before, so I wouldn't be surprised if Ariza was right about all this. They hired Rubio, and it got Khan KO'd. Then we hear about all these recent 'insulting' offers to opponents in regard to money...now we have them apparently stealing contracts from Ariza's room and refusing to pay him for his work.

Granted, I haven't really heard their side of the story, but they're not exactly saying much, if anything, about this whole mess.

ariza is refreshingly honest. i like it. he sounds like a good trainer (if he's not using PEDs but thats another topic). If i were a fighter i would stick to the guys that got me there. trainer and conditioning coach.
