    This has probably already been shown before but i havnt seen it but i think its amazing.........

    Also please dont turn this into a pac vs mayweather thread all you *******s stay out unless you have something constructive to say which doesnt involve slagging off floyd for not fighting pacquaio......

    His rope skills are dope I cant think of another boxer of the top who is so impressive with it!

    You can see why he is always in shape if this is how he attacks his training.

    Footwork is impecible! Anyone who has jumped rope knows how difficult/fatiguing it is do what he does in the vid.

    A buddy of mine who isn't here anymore showed me how to jump rope so i went out a while back and purchased a weider rope.Its realy nice,leather rope with weighted hand grips and ball bearing.

    You jump for a minute and when you stop,your heart is pounding!.
