That would be amazing. I doubt either would happen though.

Well, it was kinda weird that they guaranteed Alexander a 7-figure payday on HBO even if he lost to Bradley, but at least they're not looking to give him a soft touch. Mathysse will make him earn every last one of those 7 figures if this fight happens. Especially since he will be fighting his 3rd southpaw opponent in a row, which might help him.

Alexander-Matthysee would be a good fight. Nice to see Alexander isn't going to sit until summer and wait on Madaina, if this fight happens. Alexander would be favored but Matthysee would make it a tough fight.

Cloud-Erdei is very interesting if it happens. Cloud is a young, strong, aggressive guy but Erdei has the style to give him trouble. Erdei may be getting older but I think he upsets Cloud if that fight happens.

I pray that Mattyhse does a favor and rids us of Alexander.

Wow. Pretty gutsy fight for Alexander. Matthysse is going to touch him up bad. I can see Alexander winning a few of the first rounds then getting beat in the long run.

Matthysse did start slow against Judah so dont expect that here. Even if he did get robbed in that fight. Im sure he wont allow it to be that close again.

I hope this happens because the LHW title confusion could finally get resolved...

So Matthysse would now be robbed twice, then.

    Great :patsch

    Bitchin' card! Absolutely bitchin'! :bananamaniac

edit: it doesn't actually say the two are packaged as one card...but two bitchin' match-ups anyway!

Some clarity at 175. Hope it happens! Could be a great 2011 for that division if all this stuff comes to pass.

...and at 140. We all know Bradley and Khan are the top two (although many of us disagree about how to split them) but from 3 on down it's a bit murky.

And yeah, LHW is poised for thrills. :good

I'd like to see both. It would be stiff test for Alexander and might help erase some of the negativity from the Bradley fight. Erdei/Cloud is unexpected. I hope it happens.

Now that's what I want to see.

Erdei looked good against Fragomeni (the fight was awesome btw.) and albeit not having fought a single top 175 boxer he made a good impression at LHW.
