Yeah getting lost at night deep into Mexico city and right after passing that huge volcano gave me the willies like I could just feel the toughness through the wind. Interestingly though is that most of Mexico's fighters come from the N.West coast . Could it be from the proximity of Terrahumara Indians coming down from the Sierra madres?

Joberg and Colon can feel that way to but likewise a lot of the better fighters come from the suburbs. Columbia's fighter often come from the same area that has lots of Cimerrone ancestry.

I aint been to Brazil yet but MMA proves them pretty tough and then we got the Eurasians with all that Mongul and Jewish hybridism

Oh and then we know from Philipines and Puerto Rico that Islands do a lot to the body

Cuban athletes can also be tougher. But Cubans are much better boxers and all around athletes, and don't need to rely on toughness in the way that Mexicans do. It is not often that we see Cubans take punch after punch after punch for that reason.

Bwahaha yeah, i know that. in Las Pinas Manila g' damn side walk is part of the roads.Me strolling around thinking it's safe, along comes this motor bike on the sidewalks i dodged one. Then turned back another focker is flying my way and another. After a while ya just havta laugh.FUN though.

I think toughness, part of it is the environment, culture, diet and breeding;Aztecs are feirce tribes and most mexican are mestisos which is mixed with those conquistador spanish genes.Training:they train their boxer a certain way than most to be tough but not all can take shots after shots.

I'll throw Ireland into the hat. By no means do they have the best or most skillful fighters, but they seem to fight every night like its their last.
