Sparred with Quinn afew months ago before the under 21s.. Very very good defense especially for the points system nowadays. Gallagher beat him twice last year fairly handy but guess he learned from it. Aslo Sheehan only beat him on a countback in the seniors last year.. So hardly a massive upset.. Danny seems to have a head on his shoulders and Gallagher does tend to lose it sometimes:huh fair play daniel!

egg head its nothing got to do with recent results its international medals and senior titles and i think after tonights results it shows why johnny and roy were seeded ahead of willie m8 js

 

some of the people were seeded jayo therefore they dont box till 2m, they willl box one of the winners of tonights bouts! ttyl m8

 

i dont think willy was the favourite imo , johnny was fav with roy second

We ended the year with 4 European champions and have 2 fighters fighting for "world titles"

You are probably better off forgetting about boxing until you are 18 and sticking with MMA, it would suit you more.

Willie on his day is better than both imo , his international results are v good aswel , quarter finals of the worlds , silver medal at the E.Us and beat current European champion a few months ago !! What has Sheahan done in the last few years ??
