How would Froch do against Benn & Eubank?

They would go to war.

Benn rushing him would be ****ing brilliant to watch, Froch would respond and we'd have a war.

 

dont know why past fighters are some times over rated in these hypothetical match ups.

they would be wars,but i dont doubt froch's ability to beat both.

I think Froch is capable of beating them both. So far he is quite underrated but he is a true warman.

 

Eubank would win a close decision, Benn would lose by a late stoppage.
I know which fight Id rather watch.

Froch the brawler beats eubank but possibly gets beat by benn. Froch the boxer who dominated aa probably beats benn but gets outboxed by eubank. Benn had power but he could be outboxed and eubank did not do well with brawlers.

 

You got it wrong. The brawler loses to Eubank and beats Benn. The boxer beats Benn and dominates Eubank.

 

He would beat Benn, but not Eubank.

He would have killed the Eubank Calzaghe fought though, but the Eubank that fought Benn would UD Froch IMO.

I think Froch would be physically too strong for Benn to try and ragdoll, Froch by late KO.

 

Swings and roundabouts.

Froch is (kinda) on a great run though losing to Kessler does him no favors and while the supermiddle division is very good at the moment, in Eubank/Benn days it was a lot better/tougher.

Froch has also NEVER had a world class re-match so he is still unquantifiable in that regard. Same goes for Calzaghe.

Benn and Eubank had TONS of rematches with various world class opponents. They fought continuously throughout the year and could essentially meet and defeat anyone on their day and yes,that does include Roid Jones (Benn woulda KO'd him cold).

Anyones fight though I'd favor both over Froch for now.

 

I just go for the massive difference in speed , and if Froch cannot see Jermain Taylors punches coming then he doesnt see Benn's right hand .

There are leagues gentlemen , and as brave and exciting as Froch is , he doesnt see out 12 against either man.

Froch a top smw by today's standards but he wouldn't beat either at thier best ie eubank that beat benn and benn that beat g man but there ain't no shame in that. To be honest froch would also of lost to g man, rjj. Toney and nunn but it don't matter cus there's always gonna be fighters from past eras that are superior, froch just needs to beat Johnson, bute, ward etc etc.

 

Froch on his best day could probably beat Benn,Eubank on their worst.. But on their good day they would beat Froch... Benn on fire would ko Froch.
