I said to you sway that Froch is a better fighter than Mger Mkrtchyan, Pudwill and so on. You just started talking about mandos and late replacements.

Froch vs Calzaghe would have sold out any stadium in UK at anytime and were more interesting than Mkrtchyan and Ashira and Bika....

But as explained previously, Calzaghe was too much of a ***** to even contemplate on the idea of fighting Froch.

    anyway read below.

Calzaghe is too fast, and Froch does not deal well with handspeed and high volume (see Taylor and Dirrell). Also, Calzaghe is possibly the only person in the world who has more stamina than Froch.

    Calzaghe by wide UD.

    1. Dirrell fights like a ***** with negativity, Calzaghe doesnt fight with negativity (although does punch like a *****)

    2. Dirrell has a way bigger/superior reach and height advantage than Calzaghe, and Dirrell used it to somewhat good effect in his fight with Froch. Calzaghe doesnt have a height/reach advantage vs Froch.

    3. Jermain Taylor had of the best jabs in boxing which is far superior than Calzaghe's slap.

Man ur post is too **** to continue with.

no. i pointed out that AT THE TIME of the fight froch was not actually a "better" opponent than any of those guys. learn to read ********. (for example...froch MAY BE a better fighter than tocker pudwill but AT THE TIME froch was a 5 fight novice so he woudn't have been a "better" opponent)

any sales on that fight would have been entirely generated by calzaghe. no-one knew who froch was.

the only time you can say calzaghe "ducked" froch is when he was taking on more known, higher profile fighters considered far far more dangerous than froch; who only started to get ANY respect after he beat pascal (a fight which happened AFTER calzaghe had retired).

froch's stock is at it's highest RIGHT NOW & there is still a majority of people in the uk who have never heard of him. so don't tell me he could sell out "any stadium in the uk" back then when he can't do it now.

believe me there was no clamour for froch/calzaghe AT THE TIME & most people thought froch was just a loudmouth trying to make a name for himself by name-dropping a more known figher at every opportuinity. cos that's what he was.

but of course...******s who weren't following boxing at the time but now reckon they are experts cos they have spent six minutes scouring boxrec wouldn't get that.

Calzaghe UD with some nervey moments, Calzaghe had an unbelievable tank when he were to unload. That low left hand of Froch would be a very much regretted.

Why you getting upset man

    Calzaghe's excuses:-

    1. Froch is a nobody
    - But Froch is more known around UK than 90% of his opponents :patsch

    2. Calzaghe says Froch would be too easy and only 3 rounds of work so why bother
    - But he went 7 rounds vs Mkrtchyan

    3. Froch doesnt deserve the payday
    - Same can be said for 90% of his opposition

Also Calzaghe vs pascal didnt happen after Calzaghe retired. It happend when Calzaghe vacated his WBC title and in the process avoided WBC Mandatory Carl the Cobra Froch.

This fight was feasible, it could have been made but Calzaghe was too much of a ***** to take the fight despite Froch who called him out on numerous occasions.

Calzaghe never used the excuses you are using, he just was being a ***** as explained in that irrefutable pwnage I handed out earlier.

well done. you have ignored everything i have said & constructed a strawman argument that you can argue against. you don't need me for that so: a blatant duck from you there. bravo again.

joe calzaghe vs roy jones jr (calzaghe's last fight) = 08-11-2008.

carl froch vs jean pascal = 06-12-2008.

    :patsch

Calzaghe announced his retirement on 5th Febuary 2009.

Between 6th December 2008 and 5th Febuary 2009, Froch and Calzaghe exchanged many verbal attacks in which Calzaghe was made to look like a bigger ***** than he already looked like.

Froch called Calzaghe out and asked for a fight at 172 catchweight. Calzaghe didnt want it as usual because he was too scared.

Anyway man, you justify Calzaghe vs Mger Mkrtchyan to be a better and more successful fight to complete than Calzaghe vs Froch.

And you also think Tocker Pudwil was a better fighter than Carl Froch.

Froch vs Calzaghe was feasible, dont act like it wasnt.

It was never on the cards, you can go after Calzaghe for lots of things but ducking Froch- come on you're just hating. Froch was a domestic level fighter for most of Calzaghe's career- was only just starting to reach what could be considered world level as Calzaghe was retiring.

Listen to yourself. It's pathetic. Froch after two professional fights destroys Pudwell. There is no justification for Joe ever fighting a "defense" against a 3rd rate fighter who fights in states with no commissions. Who the hell are these "high profile fighters". I suppose its ok for mayweather to fight Morales or MAB now be cause they are "high profile". You can buy tickets to this bull**** if you want but the match ups are garbage.

    All I am saying is:-

Froch vs Calzaghe was feasible, it could have been made. But Calzaghe didnt want it while Froch did.
