Well...better testing, even for one event, is not, in itself, anything that should deter an event of this magnitude from occurring. If the NFL instituted this type of testing, prior to the Super Bowl, would that prevent the Super Bowl from happening? No way. Obviously, these are two different sports, and are governed differently. But, Floyd detractors are trying to make the testing request, some type of evil thing, when it is not, at all.

The ask from Floyd is not the problem. Pac's refusal to engage in it, without explicit control of when it will end, is the problem.

Now I'm expecting someone's (not yours necessarily) next response to this to be..."No..Floyd's lack of "urge" and need for a "vacation" is the problem"...in 3, 2, 1...

    Really?

I don't understand, and yet YOU are the one using what Arum said for Pac. Are you aware of that, or oblivious to the fact that Arum IS NOT Pac. Cause they do look alike. :D

because I think it would be better if everyone was subjected to strict standard of drug testing, a standard that would ensure the impartiality and quality of the testing. Not just whoever Floyd decides will be tested and along the testing standards that he decides are the right ones.

Then why would you ask WHY? :huh If you are for testing, then be FOR testing. Across the board, for ALL. Not only when it's a fighter you want to hate on. that's being consistent.

actually i am using what pac said, since HE keeps changing his stories...and i reference the businessmen involved because they are the ones who write the contract....pac could say he will fight floyd for free and we all know that **** isn't happening

If the Steelers accused the Packers of roiding and decided to have all the players on both teams randomly drug tested before the superbowl game took place, would that deter the superbowl from happening?

no, the superbowl would happen anyways.

you think the problem is that Pac didn't completely and unequivocally accept Floyd's request, but I think the problem is that Floyd made the request in the first place (off the basis of accusations to boot) and then wasn't willing enough to compromise.

again, i cannot help you with your lack of understanding logic...you need to do that yourself

testing is negotiated, like everything else, thus, there is no reason why it cannot be negotiated fight to fight

would testing be better if all fighters do it, yes, but the fact that all fighters don't do it now is not a reason for pac to ***** out

the fact that it is not a centralized sport makes the idea that [the only way pac should do it is if everybody does it] = [pac won't do it]

again, show me where i said i was against testing....since you have failed to do so

FLoyd is protecting himself. He's making everyone who wants to fight him do it. It's not like he didn't make Shane do it.
