    His face looked like a burnt cat and his eye was completely shut. I think the right call was made to stop it and I often complain of early stoppages as I like fights to come to the natural conclusion but this was justified in my opinion.

    I don't think anyone can throw someone as big as strong as Overeem around at practice without suffering the consequences. There's nothing like him that's as skilled and experienced to practice with.

    Erm no Silva was buckled in the first round, he never fell down and the second one was a slip in the 5th round which Rogan confirmed :roll: , at NO POINT did Sonnen get a mount and start swinging away at Anderson, Anderson kept a tight defence and picked his strikes from the bottom as was seen with the big right hand and elbow he landed in the last round which hurt Sonnen and helped set up with submission, also look at Silva's face after the Sonnen fight and look at Fedor's tonight? there's a BIG DIFFERENCE even though Silva fought three rounds more!! :lol: .

    He certainly is Danas flavor of the month as p4p#1. Shoot, when Rogan, Dana and co. says hes the greatest ever, then he is. Forget GSP, he'll be the greatest ever next month after he defeats Shields.

    I really thought it was over when Silva had that arm triangle. I don't know how Fedor survived that.

    Yeah, he's made up. Then again, Fedor didn't roll around on the floor and fall over numerous times before quitting. Dana likes that in a fighter.

    This was a great card.

    Sugar Ray Sefo had no business in an MMA match with VO. How would a K-1 match between them go, however? :think

    Chad "Gravedigger" Griggs is just pure fun. :pop

    Del Rosario vs. Johnson was shaping up to be a nice fight; I was actually disappointed it ended so quickly.

    Antonio Silva was a revelation. 5/1 underdog and...wow...dominant. He absolutely battered Fedor over two rounds (Frank Shamrock and company had their heads up their asses suggesting Fedor won the 1st).

    That half of the bracket is very interesting. Overeem-Werdum isn't easy to pick, and neither is the winner vs. Bigfoot.

    The other half is all Barnett. Rogers and Kharitonov aren't in his league. His name is all but penciled into the Finals, and the idea of Josh against any of the aforementioned three has me salivating like Pavlov's dog.

    If you're tapping in this day and age from a neck crank its time to call it a day. Sefo's bread and butter has always been the K-1 though. Still a great card with great heavys on. All 3 of those bouts put the UFC heavy division to shame.
