The problem I have with Team Pacquiao is all the flip flopping they have done over the issue. We live in PED era now and we have a top athlete flip flopping over the best testing available at the moment. We have heard so many excuses. He is afraid of needles, against his religion, he doesn't want to be tested the day of the fight but then said 14 days was too close bc he is in heavy training, he follows the rules of the NSAC and Floyd doesn't make the rules and it weakens me. All total bull**** and I would feel the exact same way if it were Floyd making the damn excuses or any other athlete. Now all this **** came after Team Pacquiao agreed to do the testing when Floyd asked for it from the start. Team Pacquiao then pulled back from it and started with the cut off ****. Thats a fact. Now the NSAC can go to hell. This is the same commission that received a list of everything Mosley was taking and said it was okay. The same commission that refused to over turn Oscar's loss to Mosley after Mosley was found to be using PED'S. Now the reason they couldn't over turn that is bc Mosley never tested positive for PED'S. tHIS **** DOESN'T ADD UP. Now just to show you more and more why it doesn't please tell me why Manny hasn't asked any other opponent to do OSDT to show that he is clean?? He should say he agreed to Floyd's no cut offs and then do OSDT with Mosley with no cut offs but he won't even do that.

They both have great hand and foot speed! They both have great stamina. Now have a go at how Manny wins. We all know that speed can be neutralized with the jab and proper foot work. Who is more capable of neutralizing the others speed? Floyd. Manny doesn't even have a jab to keep Floyd honest and if you watch Manny fight he lunges in a lot when he has to come forward. Tell me how Manny beats Floyd. I have yet to see a Manny fan break down the fight.

i don't know why people still believe floyd really wants Pac. this ducker avoided the tough welterweight era of 2007-2009. he trash-talked them as if he would whip them but wouldn't dare get in the same ring with them. He retired and wouldn't fight DLH for a rematch after he barely got a SD win. He came out only against Hatton, a one-dimensional brawler who almost lost to Collazo at 147 and it took him 10 close rounds before he separated himself from the little Brit lol.
