What evidence is there to prove this?

There is no evidence, I just want to know if you think he is on or not. There is no proof that he is or isn't on as of yet, so just choose.

Well I think he is not on PEDS because there is no reason to believe that he is, except for Floyd attacking him.

Why would you just randomly think he's on PEDS, without any reason to believe so?

He's got more juice flowing through his veins than a Welch's factory.

I guess a lot of elite professional boxers have used performance-enhancing drugs.
They've been part of professional (and amateur) sports for decades.

It wouldn't surprise me if Pacquiao and Mayweather are supplied from the same source.

    I think he is because:

I just don't see how an ex-Flyweight who was being KOed by nobody Flyweights, is not dominating (TKOing) Welterweight and Light-Middleweight world champs. It CANNOT be done without some "help".

All the other weight jumpers were not bums at the beginning of their careers like Pacquiao. They were consistently on a very high level. With Pacquiao this is not so.

Remember though, what I say isn't law, and what anyone else says also has validity.

    No evidence.

PEDS don't make you a better boxer in any regard except physicality.

There are similar astounding feats of weight jumping in eras without PEDS.

But they weren't losing to bums and bums themselves early in their careers.

Langford, McLarnin etc dropped decisions to mediocre fighters plenty of times in their early careers. it's what happens when you aren't a protected former amateur star. Consider that he was in his teens and probably quite drained. He wasn't even eaying properly, much less being trained at the same level he is now.

    records without context mean dickall.

PEDs are rife in most sports and yes PEDs will improve you as a boxer, they won't improve your skill but depending on what you take they will give you more energy to train longer, more stamina, less fear, strength, speed, recovery and even durability/pain tolerance

Is there any proof Pac is doing anything, no there isn't, does a negative test prove he or any of the obviously roiding heavyweights are clean, no?

Gaining muscle and having a very low bodyfat is possible without PEDs. Simple answer is no one knows

Jimmy McClarin did it before steroids became available.

Sam Langford came up from lightweight to dominate the best heavyweights before steroids were even thought of.

    Some guys are just freaks.

i see a lot of no evidence

yea and Bonds never failed a test either

because they tell you when the test is and you can detox your system and get off them b4 the test any athlete with any intelligence can pass

    BUT I VOTED MAYBE

because he hasnt been caught I give him the benefit of the doubt

yes he has jumped in weight and put on lots of muscle but you know what he has good nutritionists and great trainers who give the best diet and weight training

plus there are such things a physical freaks now a days you can get pretty big without juice since training and dieting are so much more advanced

HOWEVER i think that over 50 percent to 75 percent of all pro athletes are on the juice at one point or another
