    my left hook is not bad

    But there always room for improvement

    I would like Joe Fraziers LEFT HOOK

    I'm usually between 128-133, have to be Pac's straight left lead coming in their with such speed and accuracy and destructive force.

    Ok, you look a lot bigger than your stats suggest, even at 5'8"

    What are your training methods? In a nutshell?

    Yeah, but I lift frequently but have never intentionally bulked. I was working out about three times a week at a boxing gym and lifting about 4 to 5 times a week, but heavy. I just don't eat very much and have light bones as well. I enjoy heavy lifting, like curling with 50 lb dumbbells sets of 8, benching 225 for sets of 4 etc, calf raises with 450 lbs sets of 10. I don't do thigh so its weak but I DO sprint quite a bit, with jump rope as well. Don't run that much in terms of long distance unless its like wind sprints, where I go fast.

    Boxing training is hitting the heavy bag fast and hard for three or four rounds, doing about three or four rounds of drills, and doing about six rounds of light sparring just pretty much for exercise with my workout partner, we are not killing each other unless he is training for a fight. (I haven't had a real fight in a few years).

    In general, heavy lifting, sprints, and very vigorous jumping rope if I can't go to the boxing gym.
