Are people forgetting that BRIGGS almost knocked Lewis the glass chinned brit out in the first round? Watch the fight again and notice LEWIS holding on for dear life. Vitali is old and uses an arm punching technique, not to mention Lewis was closer to his prime than Vitali was AND Briggs didn't sit in his shell the whole time when he fought Lewis. He threw a LOT of punches and helped to knock himself out. Lewis didn't even touch him when the fight was stopped.
Lewis would have KILLED Briggs if he landed as many punches as Vitali did. An older, shot, out of shape Shannon Briggs took all Vitali had for a full 12 and stayed on his feet, fully conscious. Can't say the same for a younger, in shape, and prime Briggs against Lewis. His life was saved by the ref that night.
VITLAY wasn't old when he fought Lewis, and look what happened....his face got ****ing mashed and he was a sitting duck most of the time. You Klit-ites talk a lot of **** about that fight but Lewis was landing almost 50% of his punches against VITLAY, no wonder he ****ed his face up so bad :yep Funny how you say that Briggs being closer to prime against Lewis actually worked against him, nice try but utter bollocks.
Talking about Klitschko fans, it's pretty funny because both of the fighters are pretty humble. They don't **** talk, they don't rank themselves above other heavyweights in history, they are respectful and so on. Their fans say that's a good thing about them, yet in every thread, you'll see bitter fans hating on other fighters, you'll see their fans say stupid things like "Klitschko KO Ali" or whatever, and they show no respect to anyone but the brothers themselves, or past opponents if they want to make a victory seem better. Their fans don't even respect the sport.
