Savate vs. Muay Thai

jim jeffries once fought and beat the savate champ of france. i think the guy was smaller but after taking a kick, jeffries knew it was time to close the show quickly. i sent cross trainer the article i think.

 

Savate is another element that bruce lee liked and they talk about it in the Dao. I know some of the basic savate kicks, it's good to use on defense to stop a kick or to intercept.

Its hard for me to pick over muay thai.

Savate definetly has some good defensive techniques for sure, and seems to use more varitey of kicks not seen by traditional muay thai fighters.
