If Cotto and Mayorga put out a great competitive fight; then Is Cotto fading quickly and or not top tier above welter? Or; Mayorga is a tough and no push over even though hes been inactive, hes a hand full for anyone at the division? Although ODLH took em out quite easy. But then again is todays Cotto as precise as the ODLH that fought Mayorga? I dont think so. (all this assuming Cotto wins)
I think Cotto is lucky he didnt face a prime Mayorga think he would have been all wrong for him... Cotto should win but i wouldnt be the least bit suprised if Mayorga pulls it off. Cotto is faded but hes still a top guy i just think Mayorga style always bothers him..
Mayorga is going to knock Cotto out. You can take that to the bank. He is going to bully the **** out of Cotto.
cotto will destroy mayorga, if manny steward gets him on his toes again, firing off combos and working his left hook to the body, there can only be one winner!

ODLH is the best fighter Mayorga has ever fought. DLH is leagues above Cotto. I hope Mayorga KO Cotto, nothing against Cotto, I just like Mayorga a lot. But Cotto has the advantage in most departments, so I expect Cotto to win. To answer your question, it can be a bit of both. Cotto is a faded fighter, and Mayorga is no push over. Mayorga has a very awkward style, and he can make fighters look bad. Prime for Prime at 147, I'd pick Mayorga easily.
