Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum advised BoxScene that WBA/WBO lightweight champion Juan Manuel Marquez (52-5-1, 38KOs) would be a leading candidate to fight Manny Pacquiao (52-3-2, 38KOs) in the fall for the WBO welterweight title. Pacquiao is scheduled to defend his belt against Shane Mosley on May 7 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas...............................I GUESS THE MAYWEATHER FIGHT IS OUT THE WINDOW & PROBABLY NEVER BE MADE:

Put Berto next on the line stupid old man!

As painful as it is JMM vs. Pacman will definitely sell more.

Nothing we can do about it.

Roadblock will always be there and Floyd still has court case to settle. Pacman best stay active.

Pac said he has a couple or more fights to go before he retires. Plenty of time for his top 3 choices.

Floyd Mayweather Jr, Juan Manuel "I drink my own ****" Marquez and maybe Berto or some top Dog from 140.

    Chill Guys

I think Pac will destory him if they fight again. Marquez is knocking on a bit now and I don't think he will be able to effectively move up to 147. I would like to see him win though as I feel Pac is probably on steroids.

well we have heard Berto and JMM i dont really have any problems with these fights....hopefully JMM gets a good weight though if its 147 i dont think he stands much of a chance.

    Berto is a solid fight....

Bradley could get in the mix after he and Khan bang if he wins at least.

honestly though i really can't see anyone really given him too much a problem from 147 down.....the only fighter that would challenge him and i think beat him of course well....we know that story.
