Barker's career has definitely been a slow burner. Frustrating.

This is a decent step up for Barker. I expect him to win but it will be his biggest challenge to date. Macklin fighting Winky will be a blessing in disguise for him. He doesn't need to be fighting a tough operator like Macklin after coming back from injury. So in that sense it's good for Barker to face someone like Spada.

To the guy saying Lee is fighting bums, he is fighting someone who is better than anyone Barker has ever faced next. He has just narrowly missed out on a fight with the lineal champ and looks to be in line for a shot very soon, should he keep winning. His career is going places, whilst Barkers is moving at snails pace.

The good thing is Macklin, Lee, Barker and McEwan are all taking posative steps forward in the next fight.

We will no allot more about each of them by the end of April.

There is nothing that says Craig McEwan is necessarily a better fighter than Spada. It's certainly not proven to any degree.

This will be a tough night for Barker, no doubt about that. He's not got the power to cruise through fights like this, against a decent pressure fighter.

Agree with this. Infact out off McEwan, Spada and Wright Spada is the only one we 100% know what level he is.

Brian Vera is better than anyone else Spada has beaten. So, at least at this stage, Craig McEwan is the more proven fighter.
